Terms and Conditions – TextAndCalc.com

Hey there, I’m Prasad.

I built TextAndCalc.com because I wanted people to have quick online tools without any sign-up or fuss.
This page isn’t legal stuff — it’s just me explaining how things work here.

Why I Wrote This

Every website needs a few rules, right?
This one’s mine.
It’s simple. If you’re using the site, you’re basically saying you’re cool with how it runs.

Using the Tools

You can use any tool here — Word Counter, Case Converter, SIP Calculator, EMI Calculator, whatever you like. They’re all free.
Open them, test something, close the tab. Done.

Just don’t do weird stuff like spamming or scraping the site with bots. It makes things slow for everyone.

I test the tools myself, fix bugs when I spot them, but, you know, sometimes small glitches happen.
So take the results as general info, not the final word.

If you’re checking something serious — like using the SIP Calculator for a money plan — it’s better to double-check with a real financial advisor.

A Few Simple Things

When you write to me, please use real info so I can reply.
Be kind. Don’t break things on purpose. Don’t lift the tools or code and post them somewhere else.

If someone messes with the site, I’ll probably block them. No drama — just how it goes.

Everything here — text, design, tools — belongs to TextAndCalc.com, unless I say otherwise.

You can mention or share the tools anywhere. That’s fine.
Just add a short credit or link back here. That’s all I ask.

If you see something that looks like your work and it’s not credited, tell me. I’ll sort it out.

I keep updating things whenever I can, but yeah, the internet isn’t perfect. Stuff breaks, I fix it.
When I make changes, I update this page too.
If you keep using the site after that, it just means you’re fine with it.

Accuracy and Limits

I try to keep things working right, but glitches happen. Servers go down, browsers act weird.
If a tool misbehaves or a number looks off, I’m not responsible for what comes out of it.

These tools are made to help, not to be official proof for anything.
Like the Age Calculator — good for fun or forms, not for legal records.

Sometimes I share links to other sites like MDN Web Docs or finance blogs.
They’re there for extra reading, not tracking.
Once you leave TextAndCalc.com, their own rules apply.

Updates

Every now and then, I tweak things — maybe add a tool, fix a bug, change a bit of code.
When that happens, I update this page too.
If you keep using the site, it just means you’re good with whatever changed.

Law

The site follows Indian laws.
If there’s ever a real issue (let’s hope not), it’ll be handled here in India.

Final Words

That’s about it.

TextAndCalc.com is just here to make small online stuff easier.
These terms are here so the site stays safe and fair for everyone.

If something breaks, looks weird, or you’ve got an idea — reach out through the contact page.
I read every message myself.

Thanks for stopping by. Really.
